The event will be held at the Passaic Neighborhood Women’s Center. The women participating in the installation are part of the NEEC Urban Growers Program. \nThe Day of the Dead is a holiday celebrated throughout Mexico\, in particular the Central and South regions\, and by people of Mexican heritage elsewhere.
