DESCRIPTION:Neighbors\, environmentalists\, and volunteers will gather at 10am at Crane Park\, (Glenridge Avenue and Greenwood Avenue) Montclair\, NJ 07042 to celebrate Earth Day with community beautification projects. We will move to three locations in the Fourth Ward: East side of Bay Street Train Station\, Pine Street\, and Crane Park. Another location has been set up in Anderson Park in Upper Montclair\, lead by volunteers of St. James Church. We will cover the most recommended native plants for pollinators and a well as hots plants for butterflies. \nPollinators are strong allies in propagating plants and producing food. Only fertilized plants can produce fruits\, and that happens thanks to the pollinators. Without them\, plants cannot reproduce. Beautiful pollinator gardens add ecological value and interest to your yard. \nFree event open to the public.
