EARTH WEEK CELEBRATION 2026

The Northeast Earth Coalition (NEEC) invites you to join the 2026 Earth Week Celebration April 18-26, for a week of events on the theme of “OUR POWER OUR PLANET.” Between Saturday April 18 and Sunday April 26, we will have volunteer opportunities for cleanups in parks, public spaces, and community gardens.
The Northeast Earth Coalition is partnering with the Township of Montclair, the Parks and Recreation Committee, Friends of Montclair Parks, and The Brookdale Park Conservancy.

MONTCLAIR EARTH DAY EVENTS:
APRIL 18, 10-noon:
- Open House at Pine Street Community Garden – come check out the garden and learn about the new solar-powered Rocket composter
APRIL 22, 7-9 pm:
- Movie screening: “The Little Things That Run the World” – part of the Bee City USA series.
Guild Room, First Congregational Church, Montclair
APRIL 25, 10-11:30 am:
- Crane Park Pollinator Garden clean up – help us get the garden ready for Spring, and see what’s already growing!
APRIL 26, 12-4 pm:
- Montclair Earth Fest
South Park St. between Bloomfield Ave. and Church St.
